- I am sick of everyone getting bailouts. I worked my a$$ off going from an poor abused homeless kid. I paid my debts no matter what. I now pay for people who were greedy (consumers included) and lost money, their houses, etc. I am already paying for people who refuse to work and are on welfare.

- I was for McCain until he chose Palin. Tonight McCain tried twisting facts like ACORN. This will be the first i vote democrat since 1977!

- I was homeless. Why do us who were responsible have to bail the not responsible. We need to allow a natural collapse. Stop the socialism!

Rick you got it right on the bail out and natural collapse. The only real, albeit painful solution is a natural correction. But, it's not even close to socialism, that would have taken care of the homeless thing, given you health care and made sure you ate, DON'T LET THEM CONFUSE YOU, what we now have is a corporate plurocracy veiled as democracy and run by greedy criminals. True socialism -- without GREED, and boy, is that a trick -- is likely to be the best way to nurture a society and protect our planet's resources, but we were fed about 80 years of BULL@!$%# to the contrary, might have something to do with a MILITARY-INDUSTRIAL-CONGRESSIONAL complex conceived during the American Civil War (Yeah, that far back) and brought to full term in WWII and given carte blanche on September 11, 2001. But you're not supposed to GET THAT, we have economists and sociologists to explain to us why and how it WORKS, EVEN THOUGH IT DOESN'T! Just know that the people calling the shots now (primarily the large central and investment BANKERS) are the same people this country fought a revolution against the, then, most powerful nation on the planet to give the boot to!!!
